We balance accountability and fairness: all reports are reviewed thoroughly, with senior staff overseeing key decisions to keep standards consistent. Compliance, confidentiality and respect are at the heart of everything we do. You will help maintain our standards: reviewing reports, moderating activity, managing safety processes, supporting the team and handling communications. Most roles work with users aged 14+, while safeguarding work focuses on those 18+. We do not run formal investigations, but you will assess information fairly, check details where possible, and deliver consistent results – always acting as a helpful, professional representative of GSA. All work follows data protection laws and strict confidentiality rules.
